If you have registered with Lickerish and have entered by password, for parts of the Materials which are photographs or artwork, you will be able to view on-screen thumbnail and full-size (but watermarked) images which are subject to the usage rights set out above. To use images outside the scope of usage rights set out above, please contact Lickerish with a view to entering into a Use Agreement.

Termination:
Lickerish may terminate your access to Materials for any reason at any time and without notice.

User Submissions:
Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Lickerish Privacy Policy, any material, content, information or other communication you transmit or post to this Site or to Lickerish will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary ("Communications"). Lickerish will have no obligations with respect to Communications.
